Crafted Titanium is built the way titanium frames have always deserved to be built — by hand, by people who understand the material rather than force it. Every tube junction is welded, checked and finished by an experienced frame builder before it is allowed to carry a rider.
The Purpose
For riders who want one exceptional frame instead of a new one every few seasons — a machine that is fitted once, finished with intention, and built to be ridden for decades rather than replaced.

Aerospace-grade titanium tubing, mitered and hand-welded in a controlled shop environment, with tube profiles selected per rider size and intended use rather than a single fixed shape.

Every junction is welded and visually inspected by a dedicated frame builder, not a production line.

Frames can be left in brushed raw titanium or finished — the material does not require paint to protect it.

Dropouts, mounts and thread standards are specified for long-term serviceability, not disposability.

CNC-Machined Dropouts & 3D-Printed Yokes
Precision-machined dropouts and 3D-printed yokes enable cleaner integration, greater design freedom and a distinctive signature unique to every Trioneer frame.

Double-Butted Tube Optimization
Selected models use double-butted tubing, with wall thickness tuned for each frame's geometry and intended use — balancing stiffness, weight and ride comfort for a more refined riding experience.
